What you’ll do:

• Work directly with other experienced personal injury attorneys 
• Manage an assigned case load from inception to case conclusion 
• Develop and implement litigation strategy
• Review and approve pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement agreements and other hands-on drafting related to the firm’s practice
• Use focus groups to improve outcomes
• Negotiate settlements
• Complete depositions
• Conduct Jury trials
• Attend legal education courses to develop elite litigation skills
