The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working on civil litigation cases in state and federal courts. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a variety of projects. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery is required. Court, trial, and deposition experience is preferred. For the right candidate, this position is remote, with the expectation of traveling to our Pittsfield office for court appearances and client and other meetings as necessary. Candidates should live within a 90-minute driving distance of our Pittsfield office.
Required Qualifications
• Must have 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Must have an active Massachusetts bar admission (or be eligible in MA).
• Must live within a 90-minute drive of our Pittsfield, MA office (or willing to relocate).
