POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team, specializing in commercial financing and corporate transactions. This role involves drafting and reviewing institutional financing documents, participating in commercial loan transactions, and preparing commercial contracts and transactional documents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft and review institutional and conventional financing documents.

Participate in commercial and conventional loan transactions.

Prepare and review commercial contracts and transactional documents.

Provide high-level legal advice and business judgment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.

Entry-level candidates are welcome, though preference will be given to those with relevant experience.

Demonstrated professionalism and outstanding business judgment.

COMPENSATION

$72,000 – $100,000 annual salary (Salary is commensurate with experience)

Annual Bonus: based on performance
