Description

The HCBA Criminal Law Section will host a training for practitioners to learn about Superior Court's new Rule 14 on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 3:00 to 4:30 pm., in Superior Courtroom 2. This program has been approved for one HCLJ CLE credit.  The presenters are: Judge Jane E. Mulqueen, Judge Michael A. Cahillane, Judge Kevin V. Maltby, Judge Michele A. Quimet-Rooke,  Assistant District Attorney Paul J. Caccaviello, Attorney Korrina A. Burnham, and Attorney Luke F. Ryan. There will also be a zoom option.
