Criminal Law Education: Mental Health Litigation for the Criminal Practitioner

On Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 1:00 pm., in Courtroom 2, Court Clinician Dr. Andrew Bourke and Alice Kundl, JD, MSW from CPCS Mental Health Litigation Unit, along with a small panel of Attorneys will be discussing "Mental Health Litigation for the Criminal Practitioner: Understanding the Landscape of Competency and Criminal Responsibility Litigation". This program has been approved for one HCLJ CLE Credit. Registration fee is $10, pizza will be provided.
