Pierce Davis & Perritano, a downtown Boston law firm with an active litigation practice defending municipalities and their officials, seeks an experienced litigation attorney in the Worcester/Western Massachusetts area to handle cases in that area of the state.  The position will not require travel to the Boston office with any great frequency.  

We are seeking an individual with jury trial experience, exceptional academic achievements, excellent writing abilities, and approximately 5 to 10 or more years of good standing with the MA Bar. As a Litigation Attorney, you will handle challenging and varied cases, including the defense of lawsuits alleging civil rights violations, employment discrimination, personal injuries, land use disputes, breach of contract, and numerous other claims. 

Our firm has a collegial work environment, flexible remote-work protocol, strong mentorship, and the lawyers have one-to-one client contact and autonomy over their case management. An independent skilled litigator will flourish at the firm. Salary commensurate with experience and a generous benefits package and bonus structure.
