Mental Health Awareness Training: Recognizing the signs and symptoms of colleagues in distress

Description

Please join Dr. Shawn Healy and Dr. Tracey Meyers to learn how to recognize the signs and symptoms of colleagues in distress. This program will be on zoom.  

Objectives:

  1. Participants will learn about how stress and burnout can impact mental health.
  2. Participants will be able to recognize signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions impacting the legal community.
  3. Participants will learn strategies to prevent or reduce the risk of burnout through self-care strategies. 
  4. Participants will learn about strategies to approach and offer support to colleagues with whom they are concerned.
  5. Participants will be able to identify resources for mental health support.
